The SUNIC LASER gantry galvo laser machine is designed for cap panel perforation and cutting, as well as wide-width fabric perforation. A horizontally moving galvo head, conveyor table and automatic pattern stitching enable processing widths up to 1600mm while helping reduce angled holes at the outer edges. Optional CCD vision positioning and roll-handling systems support production automation.
• Cap Panel & Fabric Processing — Combines ventilation-hole perforation and cap panel contour cutting, with support for wide-width fabric processing.
• Moving-Head Gantry Design — Moves the galvo head across the material width to extend coverage and help minimize angled holes at the outer edges.
• 1600mm Width & Automatic Stitching — Uses two-dimensional pattern stitching and conveyor feeding for large-format and extended-length designs.
• High-Speed RF CO₂ Laser Processing — Combines a 350W laser source with galvo scanning speeds of up to 10,000mm/s.
• Modular Automation Options — Offers CCD vision positioning and automatic roll handling to suit different production requirements.
